All children deserve a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads. Unfortunately, in San Antonio, too many boys and girls go without a bed—or even a pillow—to sleep on. These children sleep on couches, blankets, and even floors, affecting their happiness and health.

- Morning Session: 8:45 AM - 11:15 AM

- Afternoon Session: 11:15 AM - 1:30 PM

🔨 **Calling All NAWIC Volunteers!** 🔧

If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference, we need your help! We'll be sanding, drilling, and assembling headboards and side rails to create beds for children in need—no experience necessary—just a willingness to help and a big heart.

🚧 **Important Notes:**

- **Closed Toe Shoes:** For safety reasons, please wear closed-toe shoes; sandals or open shoes are not allowed in the warehouse.

- **Advance Sign-Up:** You must sign up in advance to participate in these activities. Click the sign-up button in your preferred time slot to secure your spot.

At Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP), we're a group of passionate volunteers dedicated to providing top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need. We believe that a bed is a basic need, essential for the proper physical, emotional, and mental support that every child deserves.

🌎 **Going Beyond Our Neighborhoods:**

Our organization has grown steadily, and we're committed to expanding our reach to serve more people in different states. Many wonderful charities provide clothing, meals, and toys to families in need, but few organizations are offering suitable beds and bedding to the kids in these families. That's where SHP steps in.
