Audrey Stephens is a licensed and certified Vibrational Sound Therapist and the founder of Blue Elephant Vibes, a San Antonio–based sound healing and wellness practice.

After nearly 30 years in a high-stress corporate environment, Audrey intimately understands the toll chronic stress takes on the nervous system and the body. To manage constant tension in her neck and shoulders, she relied on yoga, massage therapy, and other restorative practices. Everything shifted when she experienced crystal singing bowls during a yoga class—an experience that brought her into a profound state of relaxation and clarity and sparked a life-changing vision that ultimately guided her onto a new path.
