Responsibilities
- Prepare and process insurance and investment paperwork
- Maintain follow-up systems for underwriting and pending client issues
- Organize advisor’s day, assuring he’s prepped for meetings and client reviews
- Time block calendar and schedule appointments with clients
- Prepare correspondence and spreadsheets
- Provide marketing support for client communications and events
- Maintain client database, files, incoming mail and office supply list.
- Provide client service support and client event support.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superb organizational ability – you can create and follow systems
- Ability to prioritize time and tasks and follow through on projects independently
- Self-directed and resourceful
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills – Word, Excel, and Internet

The Commissioning Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a project from the initial proposal and project award through completion. The PM will report directly to the Commissioning Division Manager.
